There is a rally at 1pm today in Harrisburg PA, to publicize the maternity care crisis in PA. There have been recent birth center closings in Maryland, and here in PA, OB/GYNs are leaving in droves. (there are not many birth center choices here.) All due to increasing liability insurance costs.
