wash PUL before using?

just wondering got my first order of pul today,gonna use it for mama cloth and bibs.do i wash it before use,and how do i wash it?thanx!

I don't think there is any reason to wash it first. But you should wash and dry it after to seal up any tiny holes that were made during your sewing.

Pre-washing is for fabrics that will shrink, which PUL won't. But like the PP said, wash and dry it on hot afterwards, to seal up the sewing holes.
