LTK ribby wrap?

I have the pattern. Am I totally missing something while I'm reading? How many stitches to cast on for each size. I'm just not seeing it! HELP!

The cast on is on p. 2 right under the size ranges. You have to read the pattern down the column for your size, while the instructions are on the side of the column (does that make sense?). Was that your question? Or were you confused because it seems like the cast on is for so few stitches?

I really like this pattern - it's super stretchy and trim.

Ok. I just thought that 23 for NB was a tiny ammount of cast on stitches and that I must be looking at it wrong.

I can't wait to make some!
