So, according to this, it's more likely with Forceps that you'll need more traction (or pulls) applied than with VE. Also, if you opt for VE, 68.4% of the time it will be successful in the first couple tries. And that kind of alleviated my "selfish" feelings about opting for VE because it might be easier on me.
