Is anyone else short of breath? I can just be laying in bed and feel like I am not getting enough oxygen. It is awful...I feel out of breath all of the time. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Its funny that you mention this. We're in the middle of selling our house and a couple weeks ago I packed a bunch of boxes and took them to my parents house for storage. Just taking one box up two flights of stairs completely had me winded-very unusual for me. I am used to flying up the stairs at their house. I don't remember being this way with my pregnancy either.

Oh Lisa, I feel for you - we just did that, which is why I haven't posted much in the DDC and stayed lurking when I had time to play on the computer. Moving and pregnancy are an evil combination! I joke that I'll have everything unpacked and set up the way I like it in time for about an hour's rest before the baby comes.
To the OP, yeah, it has happened to me a few times while laying down. If I change positions (like switch from my back to my side) it seems to make it better. Are you congested at all and is that making it hard to breathe too?

I feel out of breath sometimes too. I get winded more easily going up the stairs and sometimes sitting in bed reading to my kids, I have to stop and catch my breath. I don't know why it happens so early, seems like our lungs should still have plenty of room... must be some weird hormone thing. It happened to me the last time too around this time too. Almost made me have a panic attack that time--feeling like I was never going to be able to catch my breath again!

I become out of breath and dizzy in the shower. I really try to get in and out quickly so it doesn't overcome me! Personal hygiene is overrated, anyway.
