I just got this book from the library. Has anyone read this. Thoughts? I like the idea of paying off our mortgage in half the time.

I read it a few months ago, from the library of course. If it's the first book like this you have ever read, then yes it's good. If you've read other books like this (Thightwad Gazette, Miserly Mom's, etc) then you might not get much out of it.

I found I didn't learn anything new, but it was an enjoyable read, if nothing else I was happy to see that books like this are being published. I would never purchase this book, but if you can get it from the libaray then go for it.

I'll have to check out Miserly Mom. I absolutely love the Tightwad Gazette, even though it's dated. It's somehow timeless too.
Gotta love the library though!

I am the fool, I actually bought the book. I get this family's newsletter, so I was anxious to read the book. I think there is some good information in the book. They are very inspiring and family focused.
