Bumping to see how everyone's doing! I was able to cross a couple of things off

~catch up with all my "work" stuff
~write write write write WRITE a new show
~clean out the closet in the office/nursery
~finally start prenatal yoga
~get ready for my upcoming travels & events
~sign up for birthing classes (bradley and hypnobirthing)
~find some no/low voc paint
~paint the nursery
~pick out a crib
~have baby shower(s)
~buy stuff that i don't get from showers
~set up nursery, let everything air out
~talk to my ob more about the birth
~doula?
~find a pediatrician
~find an on-call babysitter/nanny (for emergencies?)
~buy some waldorf method/parenting books
~go get a massage
~get a pedicure
~make sure my mom has a plane ticket for the due date
~make music mixes for labor and baby
~talk about the "leaving work" thing with work people
~narrow down names
~pack a bag
~do it!


i'm going to have to tend to this list a little bit...hopefully it doesn't grow too much...

Oh my. I am glad to see some of your lists are as long as mine!

Baby:
~ wash baby laundry: dipes, sheets, clothes, etc
~ swap full-sized bed for daybed with my mom
~ finish painting nursery
~ write birth plan
~ find music for labor
~ dig stroller, etc out from closet under stairs
~ figure out how to use maya wrap
~[get breastfeeding stuff- cream, pads, etc
~pack bag for hospital

House:
~ install dishwasher
~ move back door to accomodate dishwasher
~ finish painting dining room
~ hang crown moulding in living room
~ weed through clothes and shoes (DH's and mine)
~ ransack house and de-clutter as much as possible
~ clean out shed
~ get new windows for dining room
~ get new water pump
~ clean off back porch
~ clean out shed for storage
~ vacuum window sills in entire house- ladybug problem....

Misc:
~get dogs to vet for annual shots

Ok, here's mine. It's getting longer by the day!

Items in red are done!

-Finish re-doing flooring in hallway and bedroom (this is mostly DH)
-freeze meals
-freeze waffles, muffins, panckes, breads
-wash and put away baby clothes, blankets, diapers
-set up crib in our room (DH)
-organize spices
-get new jars for flour, sugar, oatmeal, etc (bulk baking goods)
-organize tupperware cabinet (it's a mess!)
-put up new shelf in laundry room
-put pictures in albums
-clean out the bathroom closet
-another clean out the windowsills (ladybugs!)
-type and put up laundry directions in laundry room (b/c lots of ppl are volunteering to come help with laundry/cleaning. Yay!)
-Pack hospital bag
-Christmas shopping

Get:
-double stroller
-car seats
-small diaper covers
-more infant prefolds
-changing pad
-pads for pp
-disposable diapers
-nursing pads
-bigger laundry hamper for kids clothes

I have crossed excately TWO thing soff

buy new born dispables (use till cord falls off)

and

buy / install new gate for the bottom of stairs..........

AND

that LEAVES amost 2 pages of stuff.................

i am frekaing out.............as i told DH last night we basically have 17 weeks left to get ALL THIS DONE (17 weeks till week 38 when Theo joined us).......

aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hh

and I have added things to it -- like make a moby wrap ....wash all the new born clothing and put in drawers....and make list of things i want /. need if it is a girl.

here it is as it stand now

and Theo is getting WORSE at sleeping not in full physical contact with me -- not better

14)Finish organizing dining room, got a good start this weekend though
15)Get some small cloth diaps, went through mine, have a ton of NB, and M, but no smalls to speak of

So far I've accomplished 5 of my 20 to dos. Pretty good start I think, and a few of them are half done or works in progress, so I'm feeling pretty motivated

I need to add:

Get 0-3 month girl winter clothes

Since DD was an August baby and was in 3-6 month stuff for the winter, I only have 0-3 month summer clothes that aren't going to cut it!

BUy dh a card and something small since this is our last child and he is amazing during birth I just wanna thank him for all 4 of my children.
See if there is an age appropriate sibling class for the girls since they are at ages where they understand and want to help with Cora.
