8-9:15 Nurse to almost sleep, still a bit fussy
9:15 Put in swing (only way he'll fall asleep on fussy nights), asleep within minutes
12:30 Wake to nurse, come to bed with me
2:50 Wake to nurse, fall right back asleep while nursing
5:30 Wake to nurse/baby ready to be awake
5:30-6:30 In and out of sleep with some light kicking and grunting (baby, not me )
6:30 Mom finally gives in and gets up

'Cause this was one of our best nights and I have a feeling many of you would consider this a rough night!!

Thanks (really just curious, I am not at all upset with our nighttimes or worried if they are normal)
Yeah that would be a terrible night for us (DS did that recently when we had the AC too low)

But it would be a great night for his cousen (same age) so it varies a lot I guess

This looks almost *exactly* like a good night for us... we're starting into a solid routine now. Logan insists I nurse him to sleep side-lying at around 9:30. We get up about every three hours, 12:30, 3:30, 6:30. Then he is up at 8:00 wide-eyed w/flapping arms and legs. He's up for about an hour or hour and a half or so then he wants to nurse back to sleep for a bit. But at this hour he will only sleep ON me, not anywhere else or even beside me (no idea why!) Then, we spend a lot of the day nursing with an SNS (we skip it at night when my supply is better.) He fights sleepiness in the day - he gets tired and cranky but usually refuses to nap.

Dd is almost 3.5 months old. It took us a long time to get any sort of routine, but now I usually nurse DD down anywhere from 9:00-10:30 PM when she starts her adorable "I'm-too-tired-to-fuss" vocalizing. I am a night owl and so I'll stay up browsing blogs, MDC, and The Diaper Pin until I hear DD start stirring (usually around 2:00 or 2:30 am - I know, I am crazy!) This is when I go to bed. I nurse her at that time, then she'll usually want to eat again around 6:00 or 7:00 am. Then again at 9:00 am and then we finally get up at about 10:00am. Just as an aside, she is really squirmy at around 10:00 and I have realized that if I put her on her little potty as soon as she starts that squirming, she'll usually poop. Yay!

Lately, she has been finding my boobs through the night and helping herself. I am half asleep when this happens, so I don't know what time she's been doing that. Even with me staying up way too late to goof off on the internet, I feel like I get plenty of sleep most nights. :
