Where to buy childbirth teaching aids?

I need recommendations for websites/companies to buy my childbirth teaching aids.
Specifically:
*cloth pelvis & uterus
*baby/placenta/umbilical cord
*birth chart diagrams
*dilation chart/poster comparing dilation to "everyday" items

Actually, ace graphics is owned by an Australian midwife and childbirth educator. Check out the site for Birth International. The offer a discount of 9% when ordering from the US and have an absolutely huge selection of everything. All the sites mentioned buy their stuff from Birth International. I would imagine that going to the source would save a bit of money.

I have gotten some birth videos that are not usually seen here, and some books that I just love, especially "Men at Birth", which is the dad's telling of the birth story. It adds a perspective we don't usually see or hear and the dads I have lent it to really appreciate having a guy version of how birth affects men.
