Yards of fabric in a twin/full/queen sheet set?

Anyone have an idea of the rough avg amt of yards in a twin sheet (full/queen/king/etc)? Was just wondering if it would be cheaper to get bargain bin materials from Joann's etc or to shop the consignment shops/garage sales for flannel sheets to recycle. There's just something great about the feel of broken in flannel.

Here are rough measurements for flat sheets

crib size 1 1.6 yards by 2 yards
twin size 1.8 yards by 2.6 yards
extra long twin 1.8 x 2.8 yards
full/double 2.25 x 2.6 yd
queen 2.5 by 2.8 yds
standard/eastern king 3 x 2.8 yards
cal king 2.8 by 3.1 yards

Some of my favorite fabric finds are vintage tablecloths, napkins, and sheets.

I just sewed up a batch of family cloth this past week and was able to get thirty-nine 7" x 8" cloths (double sided) from one full size flannel sheet. I *love* the broken in flannel as well!
