Big Brother Starts in Two Weeks!!!! - Page 2

The first HOH usually becomes a big target pretty quickly & they don't last long.

I'm not sure what to think of Joe. If Dustin had cheated on him & gave him the STD what Joe did in return was pretty harsh & to air it out on national tv so quickly before knowing whether or not it was his enemy. I wonder how long it has been since they broke up.

Does anyone know how they find these ex's/enemies? It seems like a big coincidence that they'd both put applications in & the show would find out that they have a past.

I think the father-daughter are acting.

They are more like characters playing a part, and they are from LA I beleive. She looks like a model/actress type and he looks like an entertainer as well.

And he kind of over-did it last night...I mean on public TV talking about how much he couldn't stand his daughter. She is still very young...I mean what could she have done to make him that mad and say such mean things? Not talk to him? A bit too unrealistic.

Me too!

I like the America's Choice player.

Anyone run out and subscribe to Showtime? :

I liked Joe until he blurted out about the STD...wtf? That is TMI for me thankyouverymuch. And Dustin said it was negative so what's up with that?

I was watching BB during labor for my first too.

Can someone recap? I caught the ending with a blond girl in the bathroom crying. I gather her father is in the house and they don't get along. What was their reaction when they saw eachother? Did they go into the house last night or what? They have a lot of video clips of them interacting that looked pre recorded, not like they just got there. I'm so confused : .

The 3 enemies were kept upstairs away from everyone else. Dustin, the dad and the valley girl mad over $5 (puh-lease can she be next to go after the annoying homophobe who is HOH?) were all upstairs watching the others. When Julie announced that there was a twist and explained that it could be enemies or long lost people, etc the houseguests chatted a little about who they thought it would be (thats when Joe blurted out about the STD from Dustin) and then Julie sent them down one by one.

The father came down and immediately said that he was the father of the blond (who looks identical to Anna Nicole Smith). She just sort of stared at him in disbelief and looked away...I wonder what happened to make them not talk.

Dustin came down and shook hands with everyone except Joe who refused his handshake.

Oh and they all went into the house a few days ago...that's how they have the clips, those have all been happening since they went in...last night's show was not live.

He looks like he's trying to be Tommy Lee.lol

At the very end Danielle(the dd) was telling the other girls that they didn't get along. They didn't speak for 5 years I believe, then they did but were more friends. he was a "mean friend" & then she stopped speaking to him for the last 2 years.

If last night's show was live, how did they go into the house a few days ago? All 14 of them went into the house on the same day. The first 3 went in first, but it was the same day as the other 11.

No, sorry, sorry, sorry, I left out a crucial NOT....last night's show was NOT live. Sorry, I should proofread heh?

Don't they usually show it 3x a week in the beginning and then go down to 2x? I noticed that they are just doing it Thursday and Sundays so far.

Oh and we tivo the showtime live feed and WOW that America's Choice player is quite annoying! I don't know what to think about him.
No they show it 3 times throughout the entire season. Sometimes they skip 1 day the first week, but then are onto 3 shows. Thurs, then Sun, then Tues. Tues nights it is on an hour later.
ARGH! I can't believe I missed it!! I even have Tivo, so I have no excuse.

OMG...If I were in that house when Jenn started crying about her picture I'dve been on the FLOOR laughing! How ridiculous!!! Man, I wish she was up for elimination...along with the blonde girl (who's fighting with the girl over $5). And Joe-though he will be good for drama!

I do think it's interesting how all 3 pairs of "enemies" immediately started talking to each other about how to use their drama to their advantage, and how Danielle's talking to Dick was immediately picked up on.

I hope that Amber stays, and that we see more alliances starting.

I can't wait to see what happens with Eric and the whole fake story he'll tell. I bet he'll tell the $5 blonde.

Has anyone found the spoiler/live chat sites on BB? Can you post?

I'm so glad Big Brother is back!!! It's like summer is really finally here!
What's the name of 'the $5 blonde'? Is it Jessica?? Anyhow, man she is annoying! I can't figure out if that is how she really talks or not--it's weird, it sounds so fake!--and I don't know how much more of it I can take and the season has just begun! Yikes!
I think this might be the best season of BB yet. I do like the 'America's player' idea but I don't know I think the whole -he's making up a fake sob story to tell another player- is a really lame first choice. It immediately made me think of "Johnny Fairplay" on Survivor...been there, done that. Plus, what if they find out his story isn't true (which I guess they wouldn't b/c nobody actually knows him...) couldn't that screw up his chances later? It makes me feel like he should tell it to someone that seems like they won't be around for long. I'd much rather we got a choice to decide what he would do, not who he would do it to. What do you guys think?
And yeah, Jen crying about her picture--that was WAY over the top. Poor girl, she's sure to get worked up quite a bit if something so seemingly minor made such a big impact on her. Do you think other players may try to get her freaking out later, use her emotions against her?

OMG I know! And I loved how Joe was talking about how she was so upset, and then he said something like - She's over there crying about her picture. But my picture, by the way? It is SO good!

I like http://jokersupdates.com - tons of people there sub to the live feeds and are constantly posting everything that happens. That is also the first place to go to find out who is HoH, nominated, and who has veto.

She's the one that when they were introducing themselves said she does so many things, she listed about 5 jobs she does including acting/modelling because that's what everyone in LA(I think) does. She seems to be really full of herself. When she started crying it seemed to be a huge act to me.

That $5 girl, Jessica, annoys me to no end. She actually said, We were saying Go Blue because we were the blue team. Really? Ya don't say? Good thing you cleared that up because I was thinking you were yelling go blue because you were on the red team. And that valley girl voice makes me cringe.

We had to pause BB last night to laugh hysterically at Jen crying. OMG. That was freaking hilarious! Wow. There are some crazy people in this world!

I want Jessica, Jen and Joe out but I cannot determine which one annoys me more.

Oh and after watching a few days of the after dark on showtime the america' choice player, eric, never shuts up but seems to be fairly intelligent so that gives me hope that he can pull this off.

Did anyone else see the conversation between Joe and Nick in the hot tub a few nights ago on the showtime after dark? They were talking about Nick with a guy I think...anyone hear that?

Thank you LittleAugustBaby-I was trying to remember who I used to read online and that's it! I went back to old threads but couldn't find it.

HappyMomma-I totally agree with you. I was laughing at Joe talking about how he 'made' Dustin who he was today...um-isn't Joe a receptionist at a kids hair salon? That caught me as pretty funny-I think that he's really laying the poop on thick for tv. It will be great to see him break down if he's on for a while.

i was hoping that the veto would be used and then jen would be put up and voted off... i find her annoying. i like both nominees.

Wow, Jen needs therapy! I have not seen someone over the age of, oh, I dunno, 10, pull a stunt like she did last night with the whole lying about Nick trying to kiss her thing....it was sad, really to see. I mean didn't most girls learn in middle school that if you lie about something like that it will come back to bite you? Plus it was so pathetic when as soon as Joe said there was something between Nick and Danielle she instantly said, well, yeah he tried with me but I said no, yeah, sure, right honey, that was believable! I mean seriously, is she just emotionally stunted or that dense? Or both?
