I woke up 2 hours ago to pee and several drops of pink and red blood went into the toilet. I have had blood in the toilet 3 more times in the past two hours. It is hard to tell how much is blood and how much is mucous since it goes into the toilet and did not show up on my panties. I have been having irregular contractions since before I went to bed. I'm really not sure how much blood is "normal" for a mucous plug. Going back to sleep is impossible right now because the contractions get rather uncomfortable when I lie down, so here I sit at the computer on my birth ball. I don't want to unnecessarily call my mw at 3 am. Help please?

I would think that if it isnt getting on your clothing it is not a bunch. It would freak me a bit tho. I would go with how you feel. It could be your water is leaking and that is washing the slight bleeding from your cervix dilating making it drip.
