Hi! I'm looking for someone getting rid of their Hypnobirthing Home Study Program. I wanted to take the classes but they are out of my price range and even the home study off the website is very expensive. Please contact me if you are willing to part with your program for a reasonable cost. Thank you

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

You also might want to try Hypnobabies instead. From what I understand their homestudy course is much more thorough. I've often heard that the hypnobirth course really needs the class time as well. I know that if you call the lady who sells hypnobabies she sometimes has used copies to sell for a reduced rate.

Eh...I think that that may be a person to person perspective. I attended class with a teacher who really just read the book to us, and frankly, was rather redundant.
The clients I've had who have self taught hyno-birthing (anecdotally of course), have actually had better outcomes than those who've used hynobabies, but again that's anecdotal. I think they are in general the same idea, even if they're not presented in exactly the same way...and that practice and preparedness is the key.

HypBirth
I used the HypBirth home study course and it worked wonderfully. I labored at home easily and once I got to the birth center (when I finally reached 1-3-1), I was shocked to find out I was at 8cm!! I bought mine on eBay for around $80, but you can resell it for the same or more when you're through!

I looked up 'hypnosis' and 'childbirth' at the library and found a few things that way - i need to pick them up still, but the library may be an option for you...
