I really feel that in the case of a rape victim, if the doctor feels wrong giving EC, then he/she has the medical obligation to find someone else to give it to that patient.

Or maybe he shouldn't be working in an ER where he is subjected to compromising his beliefs. He could set up a private practice at his own expense and be very clear about what he is willing to do and not do.
