Sara,
You are amazing and such an inspiration! If it's not too personal, can I ask what you do for health insurance?

This link is a video from Good Morning America featuring a woman in Oregon who built her own 84 square foot house that is smaller than a parking space. Her utility bill is $6/month.

Yay, you're coming to my city!

That sounds like fun. DH wants us to do something like that someday but right now we just can't do it. We are planning on moving out of state and building a home in the next year or two and while we are doing that will be living in a camper. We just bought a 35ft. 5th wheel camper that we are starting to remodel for that. Nice to see we aren't the only ones. I thought maybe we were a little nuts seeing how we have 2 little ones.

Nonsense! You can totally do it. I love the site Families on the Road. Reading their sites is very encouraging.

Oh, that is adorable living space! What a fun adventure! If you ever come to MA, stop in. We live near the beach and have plenty of off- road area for parking. Plus fresh free range organic chicken eggs and lots of room to run around.

WOW

WOW!!!!!

Sara, you absolutely ROCK. We (our family I mean) have been following your story of compacting/downsizing/decorating etc for almost two years now (we aren't stalkers I swear ) and you continue to be an inspiration and also a great testimony as to how God uses His servants for all kinds of things and to deliver all kinds of messages to all kinds of different people!!

We have been researching RVs for months now... what your family is doing is one of our dreams and seeing your journey just gives us all the more inspiration and nudge and adds to our excitement at what we can do when we dream and seek God's help to lead us in the direction we want to go while allowing Him to lead us where He wants us to be --

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!

All the love, safety, strength, happiness, inspiration, prosperity, and success to you and your family!!

I would LOVE to meet your family when you come near us (you aren't coming to our town, but coming within an hour drive)

Peace and God bless!!!

We're getting residency in SD, which has no income tax...technically, you are supposed to pay tax in whatever state you make the money in. Let's just say we've been talking to an accountant!
