she sounds very toxic, you have the amazing courage to claim your power and uc, claiming your spirit and protect it from this toxicity, tell her what your thinking and move on into the light. If she doesn't get it after you are honest and open with her find someone new to talk to.

Oh my! I am sorry your friend is saying such ridiculously inappropriate things. I am sure she doesn't have any idea how they bother you and as your friend she should, and as a doula, well, she's not much of a doula yet but it is more then time for her to learn these things. When similar things have come up I normally simply let a shocked look come over my face and ask "why would you say such an inappropriate thing!" like I can't believe you just said that!

And for the record, I see more problems with small babies getting malpositioned then with larger babies. Larger babies don't have the wiggle room to get their hand up by their heads etc. Have a wonderful birth!
