Change of pace, anyone? Wow. Move the kids around and the everyday, mundane stuff that usually meets with a "oooh, MOMMY we've already done that this week" is suddenly so much more attractive..........
===============================================

Playdoh is more exciting on the outside patio table.

Legos are more interesting if you build a robot on the front steps instead of the kitchen table.

Sidewalk chalk is more fun if you walk a half block down the sidewalk and decorate for a neighbor.

Reading another Magic Treehouse book on a rainy day is more fun in the closet with a flashlight and some popcorn.

Getting dressed in the kitchen is way more interesting than getting dressed in the bedroom, and takes a lot less time.

Bucket of water is a blast out on the patio! Give 'em some clean paintbrushes and a pail of water!

Excellent thread - sidewalk chalk right after it rains is cool! This week, I'm going to try instant mashed potatoes in their (outdoor) water table!

We've lately been using our "indoor toys" out on the patio, it's as if they have a whole new set of stuff to play with. It comes in at night and we don't play in the mud with it, as I just need SOME things that are clean and happy, but it's way fun to color, paint, build block towers and drive racecars on the patio table!
