Post Partum Skin - ugh

Just a rant & hoping for some ideas.

During pregnancy I basically only used water on my face, didn't even need lotion for the most part. Not anymore, apparently, ugh.

Now my skin, just like last time after my pregnancy, has gone south. Acne resurfacing, random bumpiness, redness, itchiness, dryness...

What do y'all use on your faces for cleansing & moisturizing?

I'm interested in as natural as possible (particularly paraben & synthetic fragrance free), so I know that's pretty limiting...

TIA

I use Jojoba oil. it's feels like an oil but doesn't clog skin or leave it feeling oily. I've heard it described like a wax. Also use it to remove makeup and it doesn't sting if it gets in your eye.

My skin is a mess and my lips! So chapped they bleed!

I use a home made beeswax and olive oil balm on my skin and lips. This is to heavy for my face though...I use a locally produced goat milk soap and an oatmeal "scrub/soother". But you could mix dry milk into water to make a milk wash, and I just put a handful of oats into cheesecloth and let it sit in warm water a bit to make the soothy scrub.
