I'll just write what comes to mind about it, even if it makes no direct sense. I felt a building roar of power, beyond normal capacity so when it built way up it was an overload, after a lot of them and when they were strong it was like running or doing situps after you were too tired and sore to keep it up, lactic acid anaerobic respiration and all that thanks biology class. I never had cramps before but I do now, I don't think it was like that at all.
