Parenting/Discipline Video Recommendations

I am looking for parenting and/or discipline recommendations for my sister. She's young and desperately needs parenting resources. She won't read books I send her (I've already tried that route). I was thinking that a dvd might be a good option for her.

Also, I really like "Winning at Parenting . . . without beating your kids" with Barbara Coloroso. She is really quite funny, but thorough, in presenting the basics of gentle discipline. You can buy it directly from her website:

I just received Alfie Kohn's "Unconditional Parenting" DVD from the library today. I read the book and wanted to see the DVD hoping dh will watch it. I'm watching it first, almost through it, love it.
