Okay, I posted this in the schools thread, but I'm so excited I think this deserves its own thread: http://www.nutritionaltherapy.com/NTT-Master%20Page.htm

This course is grounded in the belief that health is based on a foundation approach to nutrition. Drawing from the early nutritional pioneers; Weston A. Price, DDS and Francis Pottenger, Jr., MD, NTA has created a program that enables students to learn the role of diets, nutrition in health and wellness, learn to assess individual nutritional status and offer dietary counseling, learn to address and correct nutritional deficiencies, balance body chemistry, participate in natural wellness and work side-by-side with healthcare professionals.
Nourishing Traditions is required course reading!!!!!

This is what I was looking into. I got their packet and the required reading list was almost all books I owned or that are on my want-to-read list! I hope I can do this in the near future.

oohhh, I've been thinking this could be my next career if such a thing existed. Thanks for the info!

Wow that is super cool! And it is offered here in Seattle I'm not in a position to do it right now (who gets to read with a toddler around? ) but I know I don't want to go back to the career I had before DD, so maybe this could be my next path.

I can't access any of their links though. The PDF's are gibberish, and the link to contact info won't work (might be cause I'm on a Mac?). Would someone please post or PM me their email addy so I can request an info packet? :

They are sponsored by Biotics so they of course have a supplement to help with whatever may be wrong with a client.

Despite that, I've heard that the program is very good. I know someone IRL who's taken the course and she seems quite knowledgable about health conditions and appropriate courses of action to remedy them.
