i'm still here too. i passed on the check at my appointment but if i make it to next week we may start doing some things to get me going. most likely a membrane sweep and some acupuncture.

I was due yesterday. Guess I can join this thread now. My first two were 13 and 10 days late so I wasnt totally expecting this bean to be early or on time. Though it would have been nice. My 2nd baby was 9.11lbs with SD so now I am starting to freak out about the possibility of that happening again. I have an appt tomorrow. Supposedly the docs are talking of inducing Monday if I dont go on my own before then. I wish to avoid that so "we" are trying everything and anything to get this party started.

MabMama~ My last baby was 15 days past dates and she was over 10 lbs and we had a pretty bad case of SD too. If fact we broke her arm, so I was a little worried about that this time too. I have a new mw this time in whom I am a little more confident in and she seems to think that it is more about the position of the baby and also the position in which you birth. I feel confident that all will go well with this one. Talk to you little one and tell it how/where it's shoulders need to be etc. I'm sure you'll be fine!!

Ok...so...we might be getting somewhere. I think I have a slow water leak, although, I'm not 100% sure that I'm not peeing myself But I've got some bloody show and some pretty strong but irregular cxt. So, I am so hoping something will come of it!!

5 cm with a bulging bag of waters... so... soon? Maybe I hope! I didn't get the membrane sweep though I could have. I think I'll relax until this evening (when I usually start having intense, irregular contractions) and then maybe try some vigorous walking around I'm a bit tired now or I would try it sooner.

Glad some of you are having some good labor signs! Still nothing here. Trying the fresh pineapple (at least it's delicious!) and waiting for dh to get home for a little semen "application". I was totally fine and patient until 5 days ago when I hit my due date, but now I am just getting pretty antsy. It doesn't help that my mom is in town baby-waiting with us. It seemed like a good idea for her to come 6 days before my due date before hindsight...
