anything wrong with only doing CLO once a week?

I posted another thread about this a few days ago but didn't get any responses, so I'll try again with a different subject line...would there be anything wrong (from a nutritional standpoint) with giving a large dose of CLO (say 2-3 tsp for an 18 month old) once a week instead of giving the smaller daily dose?

I would think that if this is all you can do (amines, right?) it's better than not taking it at all.

I'm not sure however how well a large dose will be absorbed and used in the body. Perhaps offering with food will help? There is an upper limit of what my body will absorb as far as fat goes, and the rest just gets.. passed on.

Well, I currently only give myself and my children CLO about 3-5 days a week. I know I should be doing more, but to tell the truth, ds and I get nosebleeds(mild) if we take it more often. Until I figure this one out, I will not do it everyday.

My grandmother was raised on CLO 1 day per week and liver 1 time per month. She has the good bone structure, straight teeth ect. I am not sure how much she took at once though.

Maybe you could call WAPF and ask?
