full fat buttermilk?

Anyone else having a very hard time finding full fat dairy products? I can't find full fat buttermilk anywhere! IT's all lowfat...

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't buttermilk what's left over when you make butter? If that's the case, wouldn't there naturally be no fat in it?

Nevermind, I looked it up on wikipedia. What's called "buttermilk" really isn't. I would guess full-fat "buttermilk" would be too thick.
