Real silk stockings (and other natural fiber lingerie)

I've been tossing out my synthetic fiber clothing (dropped off a bag at Salvation Army today). My underwear drawer is a real challenge - nearly all my pretty, sexy underthings are synthetic!

Where is a good place to buy sexy-yet-functional lingerie - stockings (instead of nylons), pretty underwear, slips, camisoles, etc.? Preferably somewhat affordable, too... I'm sure there are plenty of stores that sell silk underclothes for a small fortune (ouch!) but I'm on a budget

Honestly? I think if you find silk underwear that's NOT hideously expensive, you probably don't want to know how it's been made.

There's a reason that historically silk has been a luxury. That having been said, check out www.staplesonline.com - sure, their panties are $20, but it looks like a fantastic company and I'm already in love with any company that uses plus-sized models for their regular stuff!!!! (And they're Canadian, and even local-ish to me, so yay them!)

Thanks! The stockings have to be silk of course, bu I should have said that cotton would be fine for the underwear/camisoles etc., just as long as they're pretty! (Seems like most cotton underclothes are plain and boring. Blah.)

Edit to add that http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/en...=clothing.html has white silk camisoles for under $6.50!
