I am thrilled. I called my local organic grass-fed beef farmer to inquire on a whim, thinking they would say no and not know of anyone around here. Boy was I wrong. He told me that they just bought a little Jersey cow who is dry right now (because she is pregnant), but will be giving birth soon. They will be selling milk for $5.00 a gallon!! by mid July. Of course, by law you have to drive out to the farm to buy it. Luckily, it isn't very far away from my house at all. This is in Western Minnesota, by the way.
