Good cleaner for porous tile countertop??

Does anyone have this dilemma? My bathroom countertop is a porous tile. Would regular old vinegar work? I'm worried that I'm not getting it clean, but I don't want to spray on a bunch of chemicals.

Thank you!

I'm not sure what would clean it, but after you figure that part out I would apply a sealer.

Vinegar can eat grout and slowly etch away any kind of glaze on your tiles. Use baking soda to clean or scrub it and tr OxiClean or oxygen bleach to keep the grout white. You may just be able to get away with the Oxi only.
