DS has a stuffy nose every morning

Allergy do you think? He did not test positive for any seasonal allergies when he was 10 months. He also seems to sneeze a lot during the day. Any ideas? Should I just start giving him routine claritin and seeing if it helps him any?

I would take out cow milk first. My seasonal and pet allergies practically disappeared when I did that....I was on Claritin when it was and Rx and was constantly scratching my eyes out. Now I can have the cat sleep near my head and all the windows open in the spring and barely notice!

Hope this helps,

Jen

Jen, we are currently free of all dairy (DS is anaphylactic), egg, strawberry, tomato and avocado. LOL, those things are such a part of my life I don't even think to say anything about them anymore.

I also make sure we wash our sheets in hot, hot water weekly. We have the ac window unit on at a night.

You run the a/c in your room every night? Well......I wonder if it's the moving air. I have an overhead fan in my bedroom, and if it's on too high I always wake up stuffy.
