i bought some buffalo suet awhile back from our coop, on the label it says to keep it refridgerated for safety reasons. do i really have to keep it refridgerated? it makes it sooo hard to get any of it out to use for cooking! i mean, people don't keep lard refridgerated, do they? it's basically the same thing, just from a different animal...
