I was feeling nauseous - esp in the morning for the last week. Now it seems to have completely disappeared!! My breasts aren't sore anymore either. Should I be worried that my symptoms are gone or is this common early on? I am 4 weeks 1 day.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

If you need more reassurance, pee on another stick.
My nausea is off and on, my boobs just started hurting yesterday.

I actually just came to the boards to ask this same question... I hope someone gives us good news. I am scheduled to go to my MW Thursday, hopefully she can reassure me. I am very nervous that I don't feel and symptoms for the last week...

I wouldn't worry too much if you're symptoms are off and on. With my first pregnancy I didn't feel anything until about 6 weeks and then after that I was throwing up for the next three months!! During those first few weeks I kept saying to DH, "But I don't feel pregnant!" but I was. I must have peed on a million sticks!
Everyone is different when it comes to how they feel during pregnancy so just keep a positive outlook and take it one day at a time.

It is definitely normal for symproms to come and go. I can understand how you would feel worried though...my breasts have felt really sore the past few days..then yesterday and today they were less so. I just keep trying to remind myseld that the same thing happened last pregnancies...they do come and go.
