I have the Food Companion, too, but it's maybe 100 pages. So, it depends on what exactly you want from it because there's a lot of stuff.

oh you are so cool

i don't know how either. i am willing to compensate you for any Xeroxing you have to do, of course. i so wish i kept my early stuff! before you actually do it, though, i'm going to try one more thing: i'm going to ask my mom if she has that stuff. though i'm pretty sure she didn't do WW back then when i did.
i'm OK with a lot of copying, if you are. if it's about money i will pay you for copying and shipping, of course. i'm not worried about blank area (but why is there any?) just so i can read what it has to say.
how is the food companion different aside from point values?
core-- i am sort of doing that right now, but i don't want to cut out whole groups of food (bread, peanut butter, stuff like that). just sugar. when i was back on the original WW plan i remember eating things like...fruit and yogurt for breakfast, a sandwich and raw veggies for lunch, and a protein (piece of chicken, pork chop, shish kabob, fish) for dinner with steamed veggies, and a bowl of fruit and maybe yogurt later for a snack. i do remember once actually portioning out 3 cups of popcorn. and i had my 1 pint of ben & jerry's once a week.
BTW i did awesome yesterday! i did not eat a WW popsicle after all. no sugar at all

at the end of the day i had a lowfat lemon yogurt with a couple Tb of wheat germ. and an apple. yay me!
and i DID get up early and go to the gym today. i did 53m on the treadmill, burned 287 calories, walked 2.75 miles.
