TF Granola?

Has anyone made granola using TF methods? The nuts and fruit are easy to figure out but I'm curious to see if the oats/grains could be soaked and dried to lower the phytic acid...

Check out this thread. I haven't tried it myself, although I really need to because dh luvs granola and ds eats it sometimes, too, probably because it's so sweet :

Ive been meaning for a long time to make a dehydrated granola bar out of fermented, then cooked oatmeal. cinnamons, raisins and maybe some whey powder and maple syrup mixed in ! never seen anything like it in a store but it is probably perishable...
