When do you have your appointments for yourself and your kids?

I want to start offering child care (whether regular or drop in ) in my home right away because I desperately need the money

But with this nasty divorce I have a ton of errands to run too

Is there a good place to find resources/suggestions for moms doing childcare? There has to be

I need ideas

I would plan a not-available time, maybe wed morning, or whatever is best for you and your clients, the alternative, if you don't have many children is to bring them along to appts, or hire a substitute.

I have a friend who runs a home daycare. I'm not sure how she handled her prenatal appointments (she just had a baby) and I know she simply told them ahead of time (all the parents) when her c-section was, and I think thta she needed a week off.

But as for other errands/playdates whatever, she brings the kids. She had her 2 yr old son, a 15 month old girl, and a 5 yr old. Now with a newborn, I do't think she'll be going out as much, til she totally recovered form the c-section.

She has a van, which is a huge help. Another friend who does daycare doens't have van, so she does have a rough time with appointments. She had a new baby too.

I'd say the best at least for now, would be to only tak ein as many children as you can handle going out with.

She said a scheduled c-section is A LOT easier to recover from.

I don't get it, but it seems to be working for her. The 15 month old is tiny, and she rarely picks her up anyhow.

I think she is having a tough time with being up with baby a lot though, and not being able to rest during the day. They are having trouble finding formula he can keep down.
