Infant Seat?

Thread Starter
I'm looking for an infant carseat that will fit between two Cosco Omegas (I believe that's what they are, they're my friends). Is there a seat that is known for being on the narrow side?

Thanks!

What about going straight to a convertible? The Sunshine Kids Radian is very narrow and fits newborns great.

Ya, that, except my fear is that if this car is small, they will need to get all 3 kids radians......the AOE's are not terribly narrow, and I'm not sure if ANY configuration of 3 across will work if 2 of the seats are AOEs. An AOE is 18 inches wide versus 16 for a radian, so having 2 AOE's in the mix increases the overall width by 4 inches - doable in some cars, completely NOT in others. Depends on how critical that 4 inches is in terms of the overall seat width.

*IF* 1 of the kids is large/old enough to be using the AOE as a booster seat, then getting that child a new booster (such as the evenflo big kid, 16.5 inches across) would be more economical than getting that kid a radian, if cost is an issue.

Are the bases still on the AOs? I would take those off and then look at a Chicco Keyfit or a Combi seat, those are the most narrow.
