NT yoghurt dough ?

I know sprouted flour doesn't need to be soaked, so... can I make the yoghurt dough reciped from NT with the sprouted flour and use it right away, or is there a taste or function issue with the recipe if I don't let it sit 12 hours? Thanks! I want to make crackers with it this afternoon, so any quick replies would be much appreciated!

I've actually learned on forum that sprouted flour still needs to soak. I don't remember which thread I found that on, though...
