I too wonder why all baby music is tiny-twangy stuff that sounds alike.
Why not normal music? (but then it couldn't be marketed for babies, right?)
Anyway, why don't they have 'baby' items that are a docking station for your mp3?

My cousin had a bouncy seat (papasan maybe?) that had a jack for an iPod. I've seen other stuff that does, but I don't remember because I don't have one(mp3) and didn't pay very much attention. I'm behind the times

Too much kids music! Maybe because i married a musician, but I'm all for exposing kids to your music not stuff that's been dumbed down for them. Lucy listens to punk and reggae and jazz and classical. Sadly, she has no taste for alt-country, so my Uncle Tupelo records are out...
