So today I retained a lawyer to file for divorce. I'm scared and nervous. Per my other post things are amicable and I hope they continue. I am talking to stbx tonight to find out when he wants to be served and then working with the attorney to get the paperwork filed in order to work with that timeline. He's going to be doing a lot of traveling over the next two months so we'd like it to be a time when he'll actually be local.
