HOT flashes...

So starting yesterday morning I started having these intense hot flashes. I guess this means that my hormones are changing, getting ready to have this baby. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been having hot flashes off and on for about a week now. I am hot all the time normally - but is it really weird to all of a sudden feel SO hot - almost like I am going to pass out - and be sweating and panting and I can hear my heart beating in my ears when it happens, then it slowly subsides and I am back to my normal overheated self...
