I have been taking the six a day Rainbow Lights for the last month and seem to like them but I wanted to see what others had to suggest. TIA!

And congratulations mamas!!

I take Super Nutrition Prenatal Blend, 6 a day. I think they are fabulous and have even written my testimonial for them - lol! Not only do they provide excellent supplementation, but they have almost cure all of my previous stomach problems. I can't say enough about them!

I'm taking New Chapter Organics. I buy them from an online vitamin store and save a ton of money.

I took Rainbow Light last time, and I was never thrilled with them (especially since taking them 3 times a day made it hard for me to space out my thryroid meds). I also got sick of seeing green pee all the time.

I'm taking Solaray Baby Me Now prenatals. I love them because they're gelcaps and don't leave a disgusting taste in my mouth. 4x day though I haven't been perfect since the nausea started last week.

I'm taking Rainbow light too... but 6 a day seems like such an overkill... I'll be asking my midwife about it.

Where do you get a good deal on New Chapter? I've been taking these and Source of Life prenatal. Can't decide which one I like better.
I'm also taking cod liver oil, sodium ascorbate and extra calcium.

I originally bought the New Chapter Organics but was unsure about them because of the probiotic. Any thoughts? Is it needed/necessary to take a probiotic when preggo? I'm still learning about probiotics and am very new to them.

I think it's good to take probiotics during pregnancy, especially considering many women end up with antibiotics during and/or thrush problems afterwards.

I used Google Product Search to find the cheapest price, and at the time that was through Lucky Vitamin.

I add flax seed oil to my diet, and I'll probably be taking extra calcium, magnesium, and iron later on in this pregnancy.

Can someone recommend a good website where I can buy prenatal vitamis online?

I'm taking the prenatals from Sam's Club. Also taking 3 Viactiv chews a day (recenlty dx allergic to cow's milk) and am looking to add fish oil (omega 3s) for depression and possibly chlorophyll (is that it - for iron?) but don't know enough about it yet.

I'm taking a DELICOUS liquid prenatal... "Source of Life".
Pill forms tend to make me sick, and I won't take them : so I'm loving the flavorful liquid.

hmm... right now I'm taking some I got from Target.

New research here in New Zealand (and in Britain, I think), is indicating that probiotics can prevent/minimize risks of asthma and allergies in your child. As DH has both, and I have allergies, we're certainly using them. DH, a scientist, searched high and low, but couldn't find anything indicating a risk with using them.

I called the company and asked where I could buy them locally. You can search for "Super Nutrition" and then their site should come up. They have a couple of different types including a one a day, but the 6/day appears a bit better to me and again....the stomach issues. There aren't a ton of places that sell them locally, but we can find them.

I'm taking Materna. I take them before bed, to prevent any prenatal pill nausea...

For those of you who take New Chapter, how do you space out the three pills?

I've been taking 2 at breakfast and 1 with lunch, so I can take my thyroid meds in the evening.

I'm taking the 6/day integrative technologies Pre-Natal Forte. Lots of herbs in them.
