What Prenatals are you taking? - Page 2

I am looking for a once or twice a day gel cap kind.

I have the Normal Trader Joes ones and they make me want to curl up and die just from smelling them!

Any suggestions?

Are there any good prenatals out there that arent 6 a day? I suck at remembering to take them! Right now Im taking Country Life Maxi Prenatals.

I'm taking pregvit vitamins. It's 2 a day (to separate the iron and the calcium because they interact with each other and you don't get what you need) They're by prescription so we get to run them through our health insurance too and they end up only costing about $3/ month or something. They're nice and small and are coated like ibuprofen so they slide down easily.

I don't like big pills so these work nicely. I also take DHA (omega 3 fish oil). I just steal my daughter's orange flavoured ones. The adult dose is conveniently 2 capsules instead of 1.
