I have had a rally bad food day-- nothing at all seemed good to me. I ate half a green pepper and some hummus, and immediately got stomach cramps.
Then my husband called and said he wanted some "Wacko brownies" when he got home. So I started making them-- carob, quinoa flour, beans, maple syrup-- and oh my god, it was exactly what I wanted. I licked the spoon, licked the bowl, and then ate a handful of carob chips.



but now i absolutely have to do something with the chicken that's defrosted in the fridge. i have to make myself cook it, even if i don't eat it. no, i mean it. i am not throwing away any more rotted chicken.
