I too have developed a really dry scalp. I also have an unending thirst and a sour stomach that only Strawberry Twizzlers will calm. Oh yea, I've been told by my husband that my farts can break glass at 20 yards...not that I'm openly sharing with my family but apparently they can be heard through out the house. I'M PREGNANT...I'M ALLOWED!!!

If you experience skin/hair problems during pregnancy it could be due to a deficiency in Omega fatty acids. You might want to take flax, cod liver, borage, and olive oils if you don't already. The American diet is notorious for being horribly deficient in Omega oils.
If you are experiencing leg cramps or just muscle cramping in general it's usually a sign of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. My midwife advised me to take calcium citrate (since calcium carbonate is pretty much unabsorbable) and magnesium.

Let's see what is this pregnancy doing to my body- well the morning sickness is so bad it wakes me up every morning at 7am no matter what time I went to sleep or what I ate before bed. I have to pee so bad every morning that I don't know whether to puke first and take a chance on peeing myself or pee first and take the chance of puking all over the place.
yeah and my face broke out horribly for the first time in years.

muscle twitching, but i cure that with a bath/shower

Skin tags, gross I know, but I had them with both other babies too. My skin is breaking out a little, and I wake up every mornng at 4:30 regardless of when I go to bed. Also my bms have become less frequent and more difficult Oh and my eyes water soooo easily now, i.e. giggling/laughing, mad, etc. Gassy on both ends.

Intestines generically a mess.
Perky nipples, constantly.
Breasts growing at an alarming rate, despite no actual weight gain. How is that possible?
So. Tired. Normally need about 7 hours of sleep during the week, catch up with 8 hour nights on weekends. Now? 9 hours, with a nap or two, please.

It's as if every muscle in my body has decided to loosen up all at once, not just my hips, I am so achey and uncomfortable, I need massage and chyropractic work a.s.a.p. And oh yes, I cry at everything. Random songs on the radio, commercials announcing the next cartoon, childrens books about pirates, the smell of morning dew.

I think all of the above will do. My boobs are huge, well to me, I am usually barelly an A so this is fun. I am just enjoying until everything else gets huge. It is amazing how are bodies can transform.

i am terribly happy this website exists. most mothers in my midst tell me that pregnancy was like a glorious vacation from regular life, they had no qualms, no ill side effects, and they'd be permanently preggo if they could. my mom left out the last part but she indeed had it easy (the end especially: two kids, laboring 5 and 2 hours total). I, on the other hand, feel like crap daily and have pretty much most of the symptoms already mentioned on here. My most hated is the fatigue I think. Stairs are incredibly daunting and could make me cry some days. I can't muster the energy to speak sometimes, probably to everyone else's delight, hahahha.

random food aversions...I know immediately if it is a yes food or a no.

lack of energy! I had to drag myself to the living room and log on.
Oh, and zits. Lots of zits. Ugh. It's like i'm a teenager again.
