I just heard from someone that they had allergy testing done and all that was needed was a lock of hair. And apparently the results were very similar to test done before by drawing blood (don't know if it was Rast or Elisa or what). Does anyone know about this. I am in rural Asia and I would have to leave the country to get allergy testing done for dd. Although I have been on a very restrictive elimination diet for literally six months, there are still some allergens that we just cannot seem to figure out. This would be great, because then I can just send the hair and have them send the results back, whereas that would not be possible with blood.
