When should I start interviewing?

We have recently decided that we are going to ttc. Should I wait until I am actually pregnant to interview midwives, or should I go ahead and start the process? I will be VBACing btw.

It will ease your mind, and if you dfind someone right away, GREAT! If you encounter difficulties...you willl have more time to try and resolve them, without the whole already-being-pregnant thing hanging over your head!!

Another vote for now. And also sit down and write a birth plan for vbac and one in case of emergency csection. Once I felt like I had done everything I could to ensure that I had all bases covered, it was like a big weight was lifted and I could just focus on having my vbac.
