Need to move again...stressed out

We moved into a house with a couple and their toddler daughter(my daughter's age) 3 months ago, and I decided today that it's time to move out. The other mom is pretty AP, with the one exception being her harsh, authoritarian discipline, and when she yelled at my daughter today I realized that I can't put up with her negativity any longer. My daughter(21 months) has been hitting/pulling the other little girl, which is another main problem, and I realized that it's also not fair to either of the girls to put up with it...and I think my daughter may be doing it because she's unhappy here.
Sigh. I finally have a few weeks of a break from work and school for the first time in FOREVER coming up, and it looks like I won't be able to relax after all if I'll be moving. Although I don't even know how I'm going to find a place...I don't want to live with other kids after this experience, and no one WITHOUT kids in the house seems to want any there...
Just venting. I can't wait until I can afford our own place someday...

I'd try craigslist.org and find the one that corresponds to your city. They have a lot of rent options listed there and you might be able to find a duplex for pretty cheap. Maybe rent a house from someone till you can afford to get your own house. Just a suggestion

Every once in a while I find an ad in the paper for an older person who wants someone to come live in their house with them and do some cooking and cleaning in exchange for free living spaces. Maybe look into something like this? You might get lucky and find a "Grandma" who needs a young one to show some loving to while you can start saving some money (no rent!).
