Anyone Else Have Extreme Fatigue?

Thread Starter
Is anyone else so exhausted that they can barely stay awake during the day? I have never been this tired with my other pregnancies!! That is my main pregnancy symptom. I have nausea every once in a while, but I'm so tired I can barely handle it! I can barely get anything done all day! Please tell me that I'm not the only one in with this!!!!

I'm right there with you. I'm longing for DS's nap time. Not much longer!!!! I'm about to fall over. I've not done anything for around the house in days. It looks pretty bad. Ds has his toys and ripped up phone book all over the living room floor and it is driving me nuts but I don't have the energy to do anything about it. Maybe after my nap

Yes. It was so bad this weekend that I was actually worried about it being some weird sign of something being off. I got up with DD around 6:30 and literally could not keep my eyes open, even two hours later--I dozed off while reading to her! I had to wake up DH and go back to bed for a few hours. Then I took ANOTHER nap that afternoon. I also fall asleep on the couch every day when I get home from work--with my noisy DD and husband in the room!

ETA: Hehe, posted in the wrong DDC! I'm due in Feb.

I'm also really tired, but it seems to come and go. Like I'll be totally wiped out for three or four hours, then perk up and be fine for half the day. Pregnancy is weird.

I've been the same way. This morning I had a lot of energy, once the afternoon hit I have been feeling so exhausted!!

I've been exhausted for about two weeks, and also have quite a bit of nausea, particularly in the afternoon.

yes. It's much much worse than even my pregnancy with my dd(and she was twins at that point!) Could be twins again, I was using clomid and have a history of them. Dh has to literally drag me off of the floor.

My sympathies. I had that with DD#1 and while it was rough to stay awake, at least I only had myself to care for. I was quite nervous that I'd get it again with DD2, but it wasn't nearly as bad the second time. I hope that it doesn't last too long for you. Mine went away at 15 weeks with DD1

oh yes, I am exhausted! I was never tired this early w/ dd. Late afternoon it's all I can do to keep my eyes open. Thankfully, dd likes laying on the couch and looking at books - I think we're going to be doing a lot of that!
