I love love love this site! It's not super super user friendly (some of the stuff isn't really intuitive) but I still think it's awesome.
It doesn't just track fat and protein and carbs, but it also includes minerals, vitamins, etc.

I think it requires you to register to access the feature (at least, I went on and registered). You search for a food, add it to your pantry, then press the "total +" button to analyze all your food choices for the day. It's really great I think because it gives you all the nutritional data, not just focusing on less fat and calories.
