Just another thought on AROM to induce.
My first was a MackTruck induction

My second I ripened my cervix with sex and Evening Primrose Oil (vaginally) for a few days. I had my water broken to initiate labor. I gave birth without any other artificial stimulants 7 hours later. I walked and bounced on a labor ball a lot for the first hour or two to really get things going. I refused the pit at one point when the dr ordered it and asked them to give me another 2 hours and I would show them all the progress they could ask for. AROM with a ripe cervix can really work well, in my experience.
