Gentle Birth World Congress

Is anyone planning to attend the Gentle Birth World Congress?

I'm debating about whether or not I should even suggest it to my DH. I just started my midwifery studies and am not sure if I'll know enough by then to make sense of it.

Any thoughts?

I attended the Gentle Birth International Waterbirth conference almost 7 years ago here in Portland and it was excellent...

I think as a student you would get a lot out of it... If nothing else it will inspire you to research and learn about what you hear there...

I have only skimmed through the site and will make more concrete plans later... Maybe even work/volunteer...
