Hi, I'm new here- My name is Kassandra I have a son, Solomon who is four and my daughter, Margo is 20 months.
I recently bought a Waldorf doll kit and I'm getting ready to get going on it. My plan is to have a nice doll, that looks like my daughter, with clothes, etc... in a nice little trunk/chest/box of some sort for her second b-day.
I bought the clothes pattern that went with the doll to sew up some clothes but I also knit and I really want to try knitting up some little sweaters and hats for the doll. I've been pretty successful in the past in locating patterns for things I've had my mind to make but for some strange reason I'm not coming up with much for dolls! Now one would think knitting clothes for Waldorf dolls would be natural (because I know knitting is part of the Waldorf curriculum) but the doll kit sites don't have patterns or even links for some reason. Which I find mighty peculiar!
:
Any way, can any one help? Also any tips or pointers before I get going would be tremendously helpful as I've never done this before!
Thanks so much,
Kassandra
